Junior Belt Program

Our Junior Program is for students aged 6 to 11. Along with the physical benefits of strength, flexibility and improved cardiovascular capacity, our junior program teaches life skills, modifies behavior and reinforces character development. Junior Program classes are offered twice each week (see Class Schedule) and students should attend both classes. Regular attendance offers a structured system for promotion (see our Belt Requirements) and belt advancement tests are conducted every four months to give students a way to see measurable results.
